Jean-Claude Tremblay, MBA, Méd. Acc.
At the helm of COGITAS, Jean-Claude Tremblay is a passionate entrepreneur who has launched and operated numerous successful businesses. He founded COGITAS to help organizations navigate major changes, from innovation to organizational optimization.
His mission: to inspire and mobilize a multidisciplinary team around innovative projects while creating real value for clients. Jean-Claude firmly believes in putting people at the center of every project, creating authentic and impactful customer experiences. Jean-Claude holds an MBA from UQAM, a DESS in management consulting, and degrees in business administration from HEC Montréal and marketing from Laval University. He is also a certified mediator trained at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke.

Stéphanie Gauthier
As Director of Administration and Special Projects at COGITAS, Stéphanie Gauthier brings nearly 20 years of experience in accounting firms, where she has held various roles. Her expertise in financial and administrative management, combined with her precision, ensures that every project is executed efficiently and accurately.
What sets her apart is her ability to combine analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills, fostering smooth collaboration and harmonious organizational growth. Stéphanie holds a degree in administration from HEC Montréal, and outside of work, she runs marathons and competes in Ironman events, demonstrating her perseverance and passion for challenges.

Isabelle Alain
Isabelle Alain is the Director of Partnerships and Special Projects at COGITAS, where she excels at creating strong and strategic relationships. Her motivating leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills make her a catalyst for success, bringing teams together and aligning clients' needs with COGITAS services.
She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from UQAM. Outside of work, Isabelle is passionate about opera and music, two worlds that fuel her sense of harmony and creativity.

Léa Marc is the Marketing Coordinator at COGITAS, where she plays a central role in strengthening the company's image through strategic marketing and communication initiatives. Her curiosity and creativity are essential drivers in ensuring the success of COGITAS and its clients' campaigns.
Passionate about branding, Léa combines innovation and organization to ensure that every marketing project is impactful and well-structured. She is currently completing a bachelor's degree in marketing and Business Analytics in Information Technology at HEC Montréal and enjoys exploring the latest visual trends to inspire her creative ideas.

With a career marked by his role at Réseau Entreprendre, where he led territorial development initiatives and institutional relations, as well as his experience in startup incubation at Starlabs, Charles has been able to build and lead successful entrepreneurial ecosystems. At COGITAS, he puts his skills in strategy, structuring and support at the service of companies in transformation, ensuring that they identify growth opportunities and promote impactful partnerships.
